Please read through our terms and conditions and then proceed to filling out your required booking details, please don't hesitate to contact us at any point at booking@quincestudios.co.uk regarding any queries.



BOOKING:

- Following an online, telephone or 1 to 1 enquiry we will make a provisional booking for your preffered date. You will need to give your name or band/artist name, and the 1st three preferred dates of recording and any other relevant details and comments.
- We will get back to you confirming your preffered date/dates, a price for the works requested and a fixed deposit of 10% which can be paid via direct debit, cheque or paypal.
- Once we have received your deposit your provisional booking will become a confirmed booking. If no deposit is given we will need to take some contact details from you.
- Please respect Quinces ethos on this matter as we want to provide the best possible service enabling you to get the dates you want.



DEPOSIT:

- For any bookings we will need a 10% deposit to secure the date or some contact details as an alternative.
- This deposit is not refundable in the event you decide to cancel your booking.



KEEPING US IN THE LOOP:

- Please keep us informed at all times with any changes to a booking always giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to make any changes.
- If you give us less than 48 hours to change a booking or cancel we will be put in the unfortunate situation of having to keep your deposit.



PAYMENT:

- Quince Studios rates are charged at an hourly cost and an hourly quote is given out upon enquiry.
- Unless otherwise agreed Quince expect the final balance at the end of your session to be paid in full via cash or cheque.
- Quince will not release any audio recordings to you until all oustanding balances are paid in full.
- Invoices with a full breakdown of works and hourly charges are available.



PROJECT BACKUPS:

- All projects are backed up and archived onto our external hard drives for a limited amount of time depending on how large your project is.
- Although Quince Studios regulary do Back Ups of all projects for your own safety we fully recommend you to regulary request back ups to be made of your projects on to CD/DVD/external HDrives as Quince Studios are not responsible for any loss of data due to hard disk crashes.
- Quince cannot guarantee the future safety of any archived project files.



ALL PRICES WILL BE GIVEN UPON APPLICATION
